Welcome to my
Home page and thank you for your interest in my person and my country.
My name is Andreas Minke, and I am originally from Germany, but most of my life I have lived in the Netherlands. After attending high school in Eindhoven the Netherlands, I moved to Maastricht, one of the most beautiful cities in the Netherlands. There, I attended two semesters at the University of Maastricht, Faculty of Law. Then I decided to finish my degree at the Hogeschool Maastricht in Translation and Interpreting. I received my bachelor's degree (BA) from the Hogeschool Maastricht in 1998. Now I am attending the MBA Program at Southeast Missouri State University. As part of my program, I am working as a Graduate Assistant at Facilities Management at Southeast Missouri State University. My job is to develop a management ot transition plan for the possible introduction of a new or modified Facilities Management System. My work consists mostly out of research in the field of CMMS (Computerized Maintenance Management System) and CAFM (Computer Aided Facilities Management), and their related fields (GIS, CAD). In my activities I heavily support the CMMS Steering Committee, that was established as part of the research process. I am also responsible for the development and update of the Facilities Management home page. Besides that, I am also involved in a self study committee. The purpose of the committee is to establish a report which will be used in the NCA accreditation process. |
